FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $99 WITHIN AUSTRALIA.

NOTE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE TO SOME LOCATIONS ON REQUEST – PLEASE EMAIL US VIA OUR ENQUIRY FORM SO WE CAN CONFIRM COSTS FOR YOU.

We use both a courier service and Australia Post depending on the location. For items under $99 being sent within Australia you can select from:

  • Standard Postage (5-7  business days)
  • Express Postage with Tracking  (1-3 business days)

Postage speed varies depending on your location, with deliveries within major metropolitan areas the quickest.

We recommend Express Postage with Tracking to alleviate any concerns regarding delivery.

 

Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you’ve received, please let us know by emailing us at office@the-face.com.au within 14  days of receipt. Returns can only be made once authorised by a Customer Service Representative.

If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund provided items are unopened and all packaging is intact. Both return postage costs will be at your expense.

In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:

1. A copy of your delivery note or your order number
2. Return authorisation (obtainable from a Customer Service Representative

Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending it via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
